He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Clouse, Sr. and Ruby Clouse (Ames); and his sister Lisa Tierney. He is survived by: his wife Maria Clouse (Ciliberto); his sons, Stephen Philipson, Nicholas Clouse, Joseph Clouse and John Clouse; and his siblings, Doug, Donna (Pearson), Matthew and David Clouse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
