With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Collins (Chalfont, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 10, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Joseph and Eileen Loretta Collins (O'Hara); and his brother Daniel J. Collins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Collins (Linton); his children, Mary Catherine Belknap, John Dennis Collins II (Patti), Megan Collins and Brendan Collins; his grandchildren, Rori, Hannah, Nathan and Evin; his siblings, Mary Eileen Perri (David), Joan Denise Scullin (Thomas), Joseph P. Collins (Cindy) and Lisa A. Collins; his sister-in-law Terri Sackett (John); and his godmother Joan Braconnier.
