We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2022, at the age of 53, Jacqueline M. Shay-Henry of Chalfont, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Brown Shay. She is survived by: her daughters, Samantha Henry and Alexandra Mulhern; her sister Valerie Weiss (Brian); her father John Shay; and her stepmother Christine Shay.

We would chat from time to time and the last time we talked she was telling me how excited she was about her daughter's upcoming prom and how she was altering her dress for her. She also told me she was looking forward to Allie's graduation. i'm so sorry she missed it. Jackie was a kind person and i will miss seeing her. My condolences and sympathy to all of her family.
