He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Mullan and Teresa Kelly Mullan; and his brother James Mullan (Therese). He is survived by: his wife Theresa D. McCaul-Mullan; his daughter Tegan Mullan of Chalfont; and his siblings, Sean Mullan (Susie), Alex Mullan (Andrea), Philomena McCloskey (Mickey), Brian Mullan (Sharon), George Mullan (Maria), Pauline Cunningham (Liam), Peter Mullan (Karen) and Joseph Mullan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
