Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Henry Franklin Horn of Chalfont, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 69, on March 16, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Horn and Ella Horn. He is survived by: his wife Ester Lacy-Horn; his son Christopher John Horn (Michelle) of Warrington, PA.; his grandsons, Henry and Charles Horn; and his siblings, Sandra Prout (William) and Ralph Horn (Marilyn).
