He is survived by: his wife Anne Howell (Smith); his children, Dan Howell, Debbie Percetti (Tom), Diana Pattershall, Sue Ward (Joe) and Doug Moffitt (Nina); and his grandchildren, David (Tiffany), Austin, Brandan Howell, Andrew Durie (Kelly), Jaclyn Smith (Jim), Sabrina, Donny Pattershall, Ashley Mamu (Chris), Joe, James Ward, Alexis and Gavin Moffitt. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
