He was predeceased by: his sister Sandy Mullineux. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn S.; his children, April Lynn Fleisher (Tom), Charles "Chuck" E and Loughlin, Jr. (Mary); his grandchildren, Jack, Grace, Molly and Lily; and his grandmother Zaragoza (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in his honor to the N.E. Philadelphia Lions Club 600 Hoffnagle St. Phila., Pa. 19111 would be appreciated by the family.
