He was predeceased by: his wife Sara M. "Sally" Warren; and his parents, Forrest Warren and Alberta Warren. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher J. Warren of Horsham, PA and Scott M. Warren of Omaha, NE; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan, Matthew, Broch, Chase and Jayce.
