She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Norman Thierolf; and her parents, Stanley Formansky and Anna Nichol Formansky. She is survived by: her sons, Edward Thierolf (Brenda) of Gilbertsville, PA, Thomas Thierolf (late Jeanne) of Gettysburg, PA and Lawrence Thierolf (Sandy) of Marathon, FL.; her grandchildren, Tyler Thierolf of Perkasie Pa, Tory Laubach (Thierolf) of Easton Pa and Troy Thierolf of Ardmore Pa; and her stepgrandson Jacob Semach.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Anne's name to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 1530 Augsburg Dr., Hilltown, PA 18927.
