She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna (Hoffman) and John L. Collins Sr.; her husband Kenneth T Keefe; and her brother John Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Karen) and Shawn (Mindy); and her granddaughter Chloe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
