He was predeceased by: his father Allen C. Hulshizer; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hulshizer (Cotton); his children, Linda Mimm (Steve) and Allen "Jimmy" Hulshizer Jr. (Micki); his brothers, William (Jeanne), David (Lois) and Daniel (Jennifer); and his sister-in-law Nancy. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
