He was predeceased by: his wife Mary E. Phy (McCrea); his parents, Albert C. Phy and Emily Phy (Davidson); his siblings, Katherine (Billie), John (Jack) and Emily (Sallie); and his children-in-law, Joy and Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, Sheet Metal Specialists, Ken (Sandy), Ed (Carol), Steve (Autumn), Don and Sandy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
