We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2021, at the age of 63, Kristi Freischmidt of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, born in Broomall, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Freischmidt and Jane Perry Freischmidt. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Moore and Sara Watt; and her grandchildren, Michael Moore, Juliana Moore and Watt.
Services and Interment will be held at a later date due to COVID restrictions.
