We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2019, at the age of 61, John Walter Bailey (Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania), born in Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Balbino V. Ramos and Mary E. Ramos (Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Bailey (Ciccantelli); his daughter Doris Adkins (Lew); and his nephew Ron. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's memory to the Special Olympics of Delaware, 619 South College Avenue, Newark, DE 19716.
