We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2020, Jennifer Lyn Albert of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jennifer Lyn Albert to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her parents, Thomas L. Albert and Jean Aussieker Albert; her close friend Ty Donahoe of Chadds Ford, PA; her sister Kristin Albert (Joey Cherico) of Lewes, DE; her uncles, Gerald Albert (Roselle) of Bear, DE and Jeffrey "Buzzy" Albert of Wilmington, DE; and her aunt Pamela Lane (Jack) of Chadds Ford, PA. She is also survived by her grandmother, aunts and cousins.
Due to pandemic restrictions, a Memorial Service will be planned for Jennifer at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Jennifer's family kindly requests that donations be made to the Mary Campbell Center, 4641 Weldin Rd., Wilmington, DE 19803.
