He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Perfetti and Mary Small. He is survived by: his wife Mary M. Small (Martinicchio); his children, Stephen Small (Cindy), Thomas Small, Joseph Small (Lori) and Christina Nielsen (Kurt); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Samantha, Michael, Alexandra, Amanda, Mimi, Jack, Anthony, Gabrielle and Elena; and his sisters, Patricia (Pelligrino) and Denise Perfetti. He is also survived by wife, children and grandchildren.
