She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Poorman and Esther Poorman (Hoy); her husband Howard W Blair; and her siblings, James Poorman and Nancy Stanton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Poorman (Linda) of Centre Hall and Patricia Richner (Benjamin) of Howard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
