He was predeceased by: his father Nevin Harter. He is survived by: his mother Carmella Harter (Furfaro) of Boalsburg; his wife Mary A. Harter (Auman); his sister Patricia Gruneberg (Craig) of Boalsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Zach, Sam, Matt, Kristy, Amber, Brittany and Laura.
