He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee W. Dobson and Elsie M. Dobson (Hendershot); and his siblings, Willis Dobson, Eva Ilgen and Rose Englert.
He is survived by: his fiancée Glenda J. Thompson; his children, Craig Dobson (Melesia) of Cedar Bluff, VA and Christy Wellar (Matthew) of Julian; his fiancée's son Rodney Thompson; and his siblings, Ronald Dobson (Kathy) of Spring Mills, Shirley Kline of Boalsburg, Nancy Broadwater of Cochranville, Beverly Rockey of Bellefonte and Linda Leedy of Bellefonte. He is also survived by her family; six grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
