He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Bair and Anna M. Bair (Dutrow); his son-in-law Grant Boozer; his granddaughter Michelle Boozer; and his siblings, Miriam Corman, Marvin Bair and Richard Bair.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby M. Smith; his children, Jane B. Wiand (Dennis) of Centre Hall, James R. "Jim" Bair (Susan) of Huntingdon and Joan E. Ross (Trace) of Stevens, PA; his grandchildren, Chad Boozer (Jennifer) of Schwenksville, Lori Walter (Dan) of Centre Hall, James Bair (Ashley) of McDonald, PA, Jennifer Rhoten (Don) of Meadville and Matthew Bair of Longmont, CO; his great grandchildren, Ryan Boozer, Alexis Boozer, Tessa Walter, Zoey Bair, Emma Bair, Jack Rhoten, Griffin Rhoten and Connor Rhoten; and his brother Gerald Bair (Vera) of Rebersburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
