He was predeceased by: his father Richard A. Baird. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn E. Baird (Decker) of Spring Mills; his wife Sheila May Wingard; his daughters, Karen Decker of Florida and Ashley Decker of Boalsburg; and his brothers, David R. Baird (Misty) of Centre Hall, Tony L. Baird (Tangy) of Centre Hall and Michael W. Baird (Kay Immel) of Bellefonte. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
