He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Houser and Ida L. Houser (Whiteside); his grandson Nicolas Castellano; and his sister Leona Lightner. He is survived by: his wife A. Louise Mothersbaugh; his children, Charles L. "Chuck" Houser (Diane) of Spring Mills, Cathy J. Nicholas of Howard, Paula L. Carroll (Roger) of Bartow, FL and Michele L. Castellano (Tony) of Pittsboro, NC; his grandchildren, Dan, Jason (Julie), Erik (Kelly), Daniel (Addie), Nychol (Brian), Travis, Mikayla, Sierra and Victoria; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Austin, Abby, Caleb, Sierra, Brooke, Harley, Kason, Ledger, Toby, Hunter and Kale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
