She was predeceased by: her mother Mary George; and her nephew Dalton Peak. She is survived by: her fiancé Herm Catherman; her birth mother Glenda Lovell; her children, Dustin Gill of Carlisle, PA and Bridgit Harter (Kyle) of Spring Mills, PA; her siblings, Autumn Tyree Peak (Billy) of Clay City, KY, Jeremy Tyree (Amanda) of Virginia and Cody Lovell of Lexington, KY.; her grandchildren, Brinley and Makenna; her aunt Carol Morford Fulks; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Craft (James), Austin Peak, Haley, Thomas and Taylor Tyree.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Trish's memory to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
