He is survived by: his parent Bertha Sterner Dilliard; his children, Deborah Lee Schafer (Daryl) and Michael F. Dilliard; his granddaughters, Katherine "Katie" Schafer of Aaronsburg, Autumn Blaze Dilliard and Chloe Noel Dilliard of Centre Hall; his brother James Dilliard (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Elaine Dilliard.
