It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jason Maddox of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania, born in Danville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 17, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Doug Maddox; and his grandparents, Anne, Charles Baker, Dorothy and Wayne Hayes.
He is survived by: his parents, Dee Bagshaw (Gary) of McAlevy's Fort, PA and Terry Maddox (Carolynn) of Fairfield, PA.; his brother Daniel (Michele Tolbert) of Elkton, MD.; his fiancé Christi McClellan; his partner's children, Jakob Daniels and Kelly Strouse; his stepsiblings, Shannon (Danny Taylor), Samantha (Gary Fletcher) and David Cockerill (Trisha); his nieces and nephews, Brooke and Blaine Maddox; and also, Aidan of Centre Hall and Daxon of Centre Hall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and wonderful friends.
Always ready to be of help with a project, even while battling cancer, he taught himself to use a 3D printer and quickly responded to calls for face shields when COVID-19 came on the scene.
