He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvis Gramley and Carrie Gramley (Emerick); his wife Vivian Dinges; his granddaughter Allison; and his siblings, Homer and Edna.
He is survived by: his children, Gary E. Gramley (Cindy) of Centre Hall, David C. Gramley (Linda) of Spring Mills and Sherri L. Spotts (Tim) of Centre Hall; and his grandchildren, Adrean Fortuna, Jamie Smith, Jesse King, Paul Gramley, Shane Gummo, Nathan Gummo, Andrew Rossman and Megan Rossman. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
