He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Smith and Florence Smith (Walker); and his brother Ray E. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Marian E. Grove; his sons, Terry R. Smith (Audrey) of Centre Hall, Patrick N. Smith of Centre Hall and Martin S. Smith (Diane) of Aaronsburg; his grandchildren, Matthew I. Smith (Kelsey) of Dumfries, VA, Andrea N. Smith of Centre Hall and Hayden P. Smith of Centre Hall; his great grandchildren, Nora and Lainey Smith; his siblings, Lynn F. Smith (Carole) of Spring Mills, James D. Smith (Jane) of Philipsburg and Dorothy J. Strickler (Larry) of Centre Hall; and his sister-in-law Marian R. Smith of Pleasant Gap. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
