He is survived by: his wife Nancy Burris (Bilger); his children, Shelbi Smeltzer (Scott Bailey) of Centre Hall and Shane Burris of Centre Hall; and his siblings, Dennis Burris and Debra Hoffner (Charles) of Bellefonte.
