Frances Confer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 89, Frances Confer of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Confer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Settle and Freda Settle (Deer); her former husband Donald Homan of Centre Hall; her sons, Terry and Timothy Homan (Timmer); her brother James Settle; her husband Dale Confer; and her cousin Larry Gates.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tonia Bower (Dean Wilson) of State College and Minette Homan of Centre Hall; her grandchildren, Donelle Foor (Andrew), Travis Homan (Amy), Marshall Bower (Rob Corea) and Grant Bower (Lydia); her great grandchildren, Ava Homan, Chasen Foor and Briar Foor; her sister Karen Settle of Bellefonte; her siblings-in-law, Agnes Homan and Evan Homan; and her friend Donna Fetterolf. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.
