It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane E Yarger Sr. of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Edward and Sara Dela Yarger (Davis); and his siblings, Wade, Elverta, Eleanor, Florence, Evelyn, Betty, Jesse, Iva and Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma M. McTavish; his children, Duane E. Yarger, Jr. (Kathleen) of Centre Hall, Robert A. Yarger (Lori) of Centre Hall and Ruth Ann Floray (Scott) of Centre Hall; his grandchildren, Jon Yarger, Ian Yarger (Elizabeth), Alicia Kollar (Colin), Shannon Anderson (Zach), Adam Yarger (Lauren), Zachary Floray and Sara Floray; his great grandchildren, Charlie, Annalee, Hank, Ramona, Greta and Elijah; and his brother Eugene Yarger (Patricia) of Philipsburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was the recipient of a lung transplant over 17 years ago and without organ donations, that would not have been possible.
