He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Sendzik and Ruth E. Sendzik (Weaver); his siblings, John W., Gary R. Sendzik, Margaret C. "Peg" Dearing and Vivian R. Smith; and his brothers-in-law, Miles DeHass and James Dearing.
He is survived by: his close friend Carol Stover; his daughters, Dana S. Witherite of Bellefonte and Rhonda L. Sendzik (Chris Lucas) of Petersburg; his grandchildren, Kristy Witherite (Keith) of Centre Hall, Cyle Sendzik-Frigo (Hali) of Laurelton, Miranda Witherite (Tanner) of Bellefonte and Rylee Lucas; his great grandchildren, Austin, Mae Lynn, Tearany, Peyton and Charlie; and his sisters, Carol E. DeHass of State College and Debra L. Hook (David) of Bensalem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many countless friends.
