He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Russell and Elizabeth Murphy (Killeen); and his brother Robert Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fetterolf Murphy; and also, Kimberly Brooks (Curtis), Sabrina Wert (Daniel) and Robert Murphy (Christine).
