He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Ike" and Lois "Maude" Emery (Poorman); and his siblings, Kay Hearn, Gail Truxal and Emma Leigey.
He is survived by: his wife Alice J. Hoffman; his sons, Michael D. Emery (Martha) of Potters Mills and David B. "Dave" Emery of Centre Hall; his grandson Freddy Emery; and his siblings, Roger Hearn (Lois) of La Port, IN and Judy Rhoades (Larry) of Howard. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
