It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara A Bower of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania, born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Neill and Frances N. Neill (Frazier); her husband Larry E. Bower; and her siblings, Robert C. Neill and Alice M. Huckleberry.
She is survived by: her son Michael E. Bower of Centre Hall. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
