She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles T. Keller and Ida Belle Keller (Bruss); her son Randy L. DeVinney; her brother John E. Keller; and her foster sister Ida Rose Keller.
She is survived by: her husband William E. Mills; her children, Charles A. DeVinney (Carole), Debra K. Reese (Robert) and Jodi A. Williams (Scott); and her brother Barry T. Keller. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
