He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J. Lease; his brother Charles Lease; and his stepson Jack Phelan. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Lease (McVicker); his spouse Lauren (Warholic); his daughters, Roxanne Lease, Rosaline (Gregg Ridge) and Beckie (Steve Maczuga); his grandson Blade Maczuga; and his stepson Rand Phelan.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in AL's memory to the Centre Hall Library, P.O. Box 492, Centre Hall, PA.
