It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zoe Ann McNeal (Central City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Allen Kushto; her grandparents, Wresley, Irene Berkey, Don Kushto and Fern Dabbs; and her stepgrandfather Thomas Dabbs.

She is survived by : her mother Janet Kushto (Berkey); her husband Bill; and her son Jude Allen. She is also survived by his mother; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

For those who wish, the family asks that donations be made to the Somerset County Humane Society in Zoe's memory.
