He was predeceased by: his parents, Elliott Clark and Lula P. Clark (Clark); and his siblings, Charles "Bill" Clark, Aubrey "Hob" Clark, Ezekial "Zeke" Clark, Malon Wayne "Butch" Clark, Norman Clark, Rickie "Rick" Clark, Roquette "Rock" Clark, Lula Jane Claycomb and Flossie Ann Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly S. Clark (Chaney); his siblings, Elliott E. "Gene" Clark (Nellie) of Everett, PA, Clyde Larry Clark (Audrey) of Clearville, PA, Patricia A. Nycum (Tom) of Everett, PA, Alberta Hitechew of Boswell, PA, Leroy Clark (Connie) of Everett, PA and Mark Clark (Jaime) of Bedford, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Lana Elliott (Dale), Dona Clark, Donna Clark, Charlotte Clark, Wanda Clark and Jim Claycomb. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
