He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Chipchosky and Stella Chipchosky (Muzia); his wife Donna; his siblings, Andy, Steve, Mike and Lillian; and his siblings-in-law, Don Beltz, Edward and Maryann Klonicke.
He is survived by : his children, Victoria L., Thomas (Robin), Mark and John; his grandchildren, Mark, Jennifer of Ava, JJ, Kane, Colton, Kooper, Chase and Bailey; his sister Helen; and his siblings-in-law, Barb Beltz, Erma McHenry, Mark (Fran) and Joanne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Windber Hospice and asks that , in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Windber Hospice in Tom's memory.
