She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Foltz and Mildred Foltz (Weaver); her husband James R.; and her siblings, Geraldine Mandiline, Jane Fetsko and Jerry Foltz.

She is survived by : her children, Dennis Buffy (Sheila), Patricia Gisbrecht (Donald) and James Buffy (Tina); her grandchildren, James, Jackie, Charles, Jamie and Marie; and her siblings, Patricia Foy (Dalton), Victor Foltz (Patricia), Fred Foltz (Alice) and Randy Foltz. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
