He was predeceased by: his parents, John Custer and Amanda Custer (Pebley); his wife Ivy Jane Custer (Richards); his brother John W. Custer; and his sister-in-law Ruth Custer.
He is survived by: his children, Larry R. Custer (Kathleen Lacue), Ebensburg, Stanley C. Custer (Carol Spencer), Johnstown, Linda May Danasko (Ronald) and Red Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other members of extended family.
