With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean (Rayman) Devan (Central City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 17, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Nellie Rayman and Edward Rayman; and her siblings, Lonnie, Darlene Wanko, Dalton, Erma, Dorothy, Lloyd, Wilda and Edgar.

She is survived by : her husband Paul; her daughter Laurel (Donald Strzelecki); her granddaughter Rebecca (Greg Zinselmier); her great grandchild Henry; her grandson Timothy (Brandy); her great grandchildren, Adam and Isabelle; her son Alan (Cathy); her granddaughter Andrea; her great grandchildren, Savannah and Braylon; her grandchildren, Jacob, Micah and Candace; her daughter Karen (Bill Conlin); her granddaughter Jessica (George Moschgat); her daughter Paula (Andy Grieco); her granddaughter Sara (Ross Flynn); her daughter Donna (Randall Patterson); and her granddaughters, Stephanie and Melissa Maddomma.
