He is survived by: his wife Karen E. Lauffer (Deffenbaugh); his sons, Thomas (Karen), Michael (Tina) and Paul Jr. (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley, Blaize, Kody, Courtney, Kaleb, Jackson and Ruby; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Bryson and Bowen; and his siblings, Richard (Cathy), JoAnn, Cindy Monroe (Robert) and Connie.
