He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry P. Quinn and Bertha Mae Quinn; his former life partner Shirley Mae Quinn (Tibbens); and his stepgrandson Cameron Kelly. He is survived by : his son Brian Quinn (Shirley); his grandchildren, Sean Quinn (Kari) and Erin Herbert (Ronnie); his great grandchildren, Silas, Sloan, Mason, Charlotte and Callie; his stepchildren, Tom Kelly (Angie), Joseph Kelly Sr. (Lisa) and Patty Kelly; his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Kelly Jr. (Shannon), T. J., Allie and Anna; his great grandchild Joseph S. Kelly; and his wife Janet B. Quinn (Kelly).
