With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John E. Hostetler (Central City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 16, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ira D. Hostetler and Mary Elizabeth Hostetler (Landis); his son Scott Allen; his grandson Carl Allen James; his brother Harold; his father-in-law Harry Dwain Gahagen; and his pet Cody.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Gahagen; his children, Debbie James (Rich), Sheri Goughnour (Don), Karen Sanzo (Joe) and Douglas (Lisa); his sister Sarah Shumaker; and his mother-in-law Pearl. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
