He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Noon. He is survived by: his children, Pamela Shaffer (Lamar), David Noon (Rose), Barry Noon (Mary Lou), Kenneth Noon (Sandra), Karen Garman (Lawrence "Chip") and Brenda Hart (Jonathon); his grandchildren, Kevin Shaffer (Krystal), Douglas Shaffer (Lindsey), Laura Isel (Jonathon), Grant Noon, Chip Garman, Lucas Garman (Laura), Katie Rhodes (Dan) and Lindsey Remick (Jon); his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Kaison, Scarlett Shaffer and Ryatt Isel; his close friends, Marlin, Kay Knisely and Gary Gerould; and his pet Tiny.
