He is survived by : his wife Carolyn; his children, Mark, Tracey Ott (Steve), Regina Mains (Brian) and Charlie Jr.; his grandchildren, Michael (Chelsea), Corey, Mikayla (Jake) and Samantha; his great grandchild Clay; his brothers, Don (Pat) and Harvey; and his nephew Dave Hartman (John Taylor). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandson.
