Chappell (Central City, Pennsylvania), born in New York, New York, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Pete and Anastasia Warchola; his wife Verna; and his sons, Charles Jr. and Christopher.

He is survived by : his sons, Michael and Eric (Dixie); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Jordan, Madison, Logan and Emerson; and his sister Marion Zurenda (Henry).
