He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pete and Anastasia Warchola; his wife Verna; and his sons, Charles Jr. and Christopher.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Eric (Dixie); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Jordan, Madison, Logan and Emerson; and his sister Marion Zurenda (Henry).
