He is survived by: his wife Gloria Howard of Centerville; his children, Thomas Howard (Fran) of Centerville, Jeffery Howard (Marie) of Centerville, Patricia Marrs of Centerville, William Howard of Centerville and Lori Watson (Clark) of Centerville; and his grandchildren, Joe Howard, Dorreen Shuda, Jeremy Howard, Kaitlynn Howard, Clinton Marrs, Shelly Orozco-Marrs, Monica Chatham, Becky M. Howard, William O. Howard, Marshall Watson and Lenore Watson-Stout. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
