She was predeceased by: her parents, Joan Kerr and Lloyd Kerr; and her brothers, Bruce and Jerry Kerr. She is survived by: her husband Michael W. Cook of Centerville; her children, Lola L. Vincent (Mike) of Union City, Zeke D. Merritt (Jen Beebe) of Corry and Zack S. Merritt of Centerville; her grandchildren, Shania N. Sheeder (Austin) of Edinboro, Lilly A. Vincent of Union City, Vince and June Beebe of Corry; her great grandchildren, Coledon, Waylon and Haisyn Sheeder; her sisters, Kim K. Kerr of Centerville, Kelly S. Eastman (Dennis) of Union City and LouAnn Young of Spartansburg; and her sisters-in-law, Kristine Kerr of Erie and Dolores Kerr of Union City.
